I freeze everything. I mean whenever I make something that only I like, I freeze it in little baggies and label it with the contents for future meals . It comes so handy now that I’m taking two graduate courses this summer.
Whenever hunger strikes in the middle of reading a chapter, taking a quiz or writing a paper for school I’ll just put together one of these little meals that I pre-made and froze a few weeks before and 3 minutes in the microwave later I’m good to go.
Shown here are leftovers from eggroll in a bowl and chicken cutlets. then I added fresh fruit to balance it all out.
